The impact wrench features a system for securely fastening bits using a retaining ring and a pin hole. Spare rotor blades are also included (6 pieces; part number 30M100147).
⚠️ Important warning: Mandatory lubrication of the tool
To maintain maximum efficiency and protect the internal components from wear, regular lubrication of this tool is essential. Proper maintenance prevents loss of power and extends the service life of the tool.
Instructions for correct lubrication:
Automatic lubrication (Recommended): Always use an air line lubricator when working with this tool. For optimum performance and regulation, we recommend using the USAG N.582 filter-regulator-lubricator unit.
Manual lubrication: If your compressed air system does not have an automatic lubricator, manual lubrication is required. Every 8 hours of operation, inject 1/2 to 1 cm³ of the specified lubricant through the machine’s inlet connection. LUBRICATING OIL
💡 TIP: By lubricating consistently every 8 hours of operation, you’ll prevent dry friction and premature wear of the seals, ensuring that the tool always operates at full power.
