To maintain high performance and protect the mechanical parts from wear, regular lubrication of the screwdriver is essential. Proper maintenance prevents loss of power and extends the tool’s service life.
Instructions for correct lubrication:
Automatic lubrication (Recommended): The tool must be connected to a filter-lubrication unit with an air-oil micro-mist mixer (we recommend the USAG 930 unit), set to 2 drops per minute.
Manual lubrication: If you do not have an automatic lubricator on the production line, you must regularly add ISO 32 viscosity lubricating oil to the air inlet yourself. LUBRICATING OIL
Lubrication before storage: Before storing the tool for an extended period, you must lubricate it to prevent internal corrosion.
🛑 IMPORTANT WARNING REGARDING OIL:
Do not use too much: Applying too much oil can cause the tool to seize and result in a drop in revs.
Use only the specified viscosity: Never use thick (heavy) oils, as they can cause the screwdriver to stall and result in a significant drop in performance.
