To ensure a long service life and optimal performance of this tool, regular lubrication is crucial. Proper maintenance prevents premature wear of internal parts caused by friction under high pressure.
Instructions for correct lubrication:
Automatic lubrication (Recommended): Always use an air line lubricator when operating this unit. For best results, we recommend using the USAG 930 filter-regulator-lubricator unit.
Manual lubrication: If you are not using an automatic lubricator in your compressed air system, you must add lubricant manually. Every 8 hours of operation, inject 1/2 to 1 cm³ of the specified lubricant through the unit’s inlet connection. LUBRICATING OIL
💡 TIP: Regularly adding the specified amount of oil every 8 operating hours protects the seals and motor from drying out and maintains the unit’s full power for every project.
