USAG Lubricant for Pneumatic Tools, 500 ml

High-quality lubricant for pneumatic tools under the USAG brand, ideal for maintaining and extending the service life of your pneumatic equipment.

This lubricant (type 930 G) is suitable for use in a lubrication line as well as for direct application to pneumatic tools. It is formulated from a blend consisting of 90% lubricating oils (petroleum), C24-50, solvent-extracted, dewaxed and hydrogenated.

• Oil type: TONALE-HD 20W20.
• Optimal viscosity: The viscosity index is 110

The viscosity at 40°C is 65 (cSt) and at 100°C it is 8.7 (cSt).

• Reliable performance at low temperatures: The pour point/freezing point is –23°C. The flash point in a closed cup is 195°C (ASTM D93) and in an open cup 220°C (ASTM D92).
• Density: The density at 20°C is 877 kg/m³.
• Application: Suitable for use in a lubrication line or directly on pneumatic tools.

Safety and handling (SDS)

The product is classified as non-hazardous in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 [CLP/GHS] and Directive 1999/45/EC [DPD]. However, the product has skin-degreasing properties (Sgrassante cutaneo), which may cause dryness and skin irritation.

First aid:

• Skin contact: Wash thoroughly with soap and water. Seek medical advice if symptoms occur.

Protection and storage:

• Use appropriate protective equipment when handling

The use of chemically resistant and waterproof gloves is recommended, e.g. nitrile rubber (0.17 mm) for < 1 hour (breakthrough time).

• Store in the original, tightly closed container, protected from direct sunlight, in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place, away from incompatible materials (such as strongly oxidising materials).
