This plastic repair kit is an indispensable tool for any mechanic, bodywork specialist or service technician who repairs damaged plastic parts. Instead of simply gluing the parts together, you can permanently reinforce broken and cracked plastic parts using heated clamps, thereby restoring the material’s original strength and stability.

Safe and strong bonding: The tool heats the supplied clips (clamps) to a temperature between 100∘C and 200∘C, enabling the break points to fuse securely and restoring the material’s stability.
Wide range of applications: The set is ideal for repairing plastic parts over 1 mm thick, including bumpers, panels, brackets and other plastic components.
Compatibility with reinforced parts: Also suitable for plastics containing up to 40 per cent glass fibre.
Reinforcement of worn areas: Can also be used to reinforce heavily stressed areas in plastic.
Quick set-up: Connects to a standard 220–240 V AC, 50/60 Hz mains supply.

Power selection (3 levels):
The control unit allows you to select three different power settings (L, M, H), enabling you to adjust the tool to the thickness and hardness of the plastic:
L (Low): Thin plastic (e.g. bumpers).
M (Mid): Plastic up to approx. 5 mm thick.
H (High): Thick or hard plastic.
