Lock pin for impact sockets – Various sizes

A safety pin (known as a lock pin) is an essential accessory for the safe use of impact sockets (so-called ‘gedore’ sockets for impact drivers). Its main function is to mechanically secure the socket to the drive shaft of the tool.

These pins are specifically designed for impact tools, which have a dedicated hole on both sides of the socket. Insert the pin through these two holes to prevent the socket from coming loose from its mount due to high speeds or vibrations during operation. For complete safety, always fit a suitable rubber O-ring over the pin.
