With its innovative planetary gearbox, it significantly reduces the physical effort required and enables torques of up to 5,000 N·m to be achieved; on request, it can even reach an exceptional 12,000 N·m.
Key advantages and features of the equipment
Maximum power with minimum effort: Thanks to the precise gear ratio of the built-in planetary gearbox, the torque multiplier significantly reduces the effort required. This enables the use of smaller and more compact torque wrenches for exceptionally demanding bolted joints.
Overload protection: An integrated safety mechanism (spare sun gear) reliably prevents the permissible output torque from being exceeded and effectively protects the entire gearbox and mechanical components from damage.
Robust design for industrial maintenance: The enclosed gearbox housing is made from high-quality hardened steel. This ensures the tool is fully protected against dust, dirt and oil, making it ideal for outdoor use and for work in sectors such as construction, agricultural machinery, the automotive industry and mechanical engineering.
Backstop: Variable models from 2,000 N·m upwards (models MP300-2000, MP300-3000 and MP300-5000) are additionally equipped with an advanced reverse lock, which facilitates tightening and prevents dangerous kickback.
Guaranteed accuracy: The device offers high tightening accuracy with a deviation of just ± 5 per cent and is also compatible with all standard torque wrenches and torque screwdrivers.
(Important warning for mechanics: The torque multiplier must not under any circumstances be used in combination with impact drivers! Use it exclusively with a suitable torque wrench or ratchet to prevent damage to the tool and ensure precise tightening.)
