Facom — Franco-Américaine de Construction d’Outillage Mécanique — was founded in France in 1918. Its first product was a forged adjustable wrench, and from it grew one of the most respected names in European professional tools.
For decades Facom’s wrenches, socket sets and famous red roller cabinets have been the benchmark for equipping a professional workshop. Tools carrying the F mark are used by mechanics, industry and aviation across Europe.
Today Facom is part of Stanley Black & Decker, with development and much of its production still in France. The philosophy hasn’t changed: professional tools that outlast a career, not a season.
